IAFC Lifetime Membership Application

You can download an application for lifetime membership in the IAFC. The files are in three different file formats, HTML (regular web page), Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF). The Adobe Acrobat file format is superior to the HTML document for printing.  PDF files require the Adobe reader to view and print. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, follow this link to download the reader.Get Adobe Acrobat.
